Ingredients
6 medium-thick slices of turkey, about 4 to 6 ounces. You can use deli style, I prefer thicker
1 can turkey stuffing mix, prepared as directed
2 pkg Turkey Gravy Mix, prepared as directed
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350*
Lightly spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray
Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions and set aside
Prepare turkey gravy according to package directions
Arrange each of the turkeys in front of you on the counter
Place a large spoonful of stuffing mix in the center of each slice of turkey
Fold the slice of turkey over, first on one side then on the other.
Using a toothpick, push the toothpick into the slice of turkey at an angle, into the stuffing. The angle will hold the roll together.
Place each of the rolls in the prepared casserole dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes to heat through.
Remove from the oven and using a ladle, pour a spoonful of sauce over each of the turkey rolls.
Put back in the oven for another five minutes.
Remove and serve hot
