Ingredients
- 5 medium sized eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 glass of sunflower oil
- 1 cup of yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2.5 cups of flour
For Chocolate Sauce;
- 1.5 cups of milk
- 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 100 g dark chocolate
Instructions
- Add eggs, salt, vanilla and sugar to a suitable mixing bowl and beat with a mixer until it becomes foamy. Let’s add yoghurt and oil on it and mix it.
- Let’s add the sifted cocoa, flour and baking powder and mix.
- Let’s pour the cake mixture we prepared into the cake mold that has been greased all over with solid oil. Let’s bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees.
- Add milk, oil and cocoa to a suitable sauce pot and boil. Let’s add chocolate on it and melt it.
- Let’s not take the cake out of the oven from the mold and make holes on it. Let’s pour the sauce we prepared and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Let’s take the cake out of the mold. You can decorate and serve it as you wish.
