Ingredients:
Β°1 lb ground beef
Β°1 large egg
Β°β C breadcrumbs
°¼ cup parmesan cheese
Β°1 c. Chopped garlic
Β°1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Β°Salt and pepper to taste
Β°1 tablespoon of olive oil
Β°2 cups marinara sauce
Β°8 mini Hoagie rolls
Β°12 slices of asiago cheese
Methods :
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
Add the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, parmesan, garlic and parsley to a bowl.
Using your hands, work the ingredients together.
Salt and pepper.
With the ice cream scoop, start forming your meatballs.
Put aside.
Add oil to skillet, heat over medium heat.
Add one meatball at a time to the heated skillet.
Cook for about 5 minutes or until seared on all sides.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in the oven
