* Ingredients :

°1/2 c butter

°3/4 c sugar

°1 egg

°1/2 tsp. baking soda

°1 tsp cream of tartar

°1 3/4 c flour

°1- 8oz. cream cheese pack

°1/4 cup honey

°2 tbsp orange/pineapple juice

°1 cup Cool Whip

°Fresh fruit for garnish

* Methods :

Preheat your oven to 350°. In a bowl, beat the butter, sugar and egg until fluffy. Adding baking soda, cream  & flour. Blend until well mixed. It should have the consistency of soft cookie dough. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool. In another mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, juice, honey and Cool Whip. Mix until well blended and spread over cooled cookie crust.
