Creamsicle Orange Fluff


1 can of orange jelly

1 box instant vanilla cheesecake pudding mix

1 cup boiling water

½ cup cold water

8 ounces of Cool Whip

1 small can of mandarins

1 cup pastel-colored miniature marshmallows


In a large bowl, add boiling water and orange flavored jelly

Whisk until completely dissolved

Add cold water to the bowl

Refrigerate for 20 minutes, until thickened

Add the pudding mixture to the bowl and whisk until combined

Refrigerate for 20 minutes until thickened.

In this large bowl, add the Cool Whip, oranges and marshmallows

Fold to mix

Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours

When ready to serve, garnish with oranges, marshmallows (optional) and a mint leaf or two
