3 pounds ground beef

1 box of small pasta shells

1 block (16 oz) Velveeta cheese, cubed

A handful of sharp cheddar cheese, grated

2 packets taco seasoning

1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles

1/2 cup of milk

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain the excess fat.
