3 pounds ground beef

1 box of small pasta shells

1 block (16 oz) Velveeta cheese, cubed

A handful of sharp cheddar cheese, grated

2 packets taco seasoning

1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles

1/2 cup of milk


In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain the excess fat.

Meanwhile, cook the puff pastry according to package directions. Drain and reserve.

In the same skillet as the beef, add the Velveeta cheese cubes and the milk. Stir occasionally until cheese is melted and smooth.
