*ingredients:
°1 frozen pie dough
°1 1/4 cup of sugar
°3 tablespoons of cornstarch
°1 1/4 cup of water
°3 tablespoons of strawberry jelly
°2 cups strawberries, sliced
*How to make Big Boy Fresh Strawberry Pie:
Bake frozen pie crust according to package directions. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, until thickened.
Whisk the strawberry jelly. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Add strawberries to cooled pie crust, then pour over strawberry jelly mixture. Put it in the fridge for a few hours until it holds together.
