Shipwreck Style Dinner


1 pound ground beef, lean

1 teaspoon seasoning salt

1 box of macaroni and cheese,

14 ounces diced tomatoes (you can use Rotel, tomatoes, and green chiles)

1 cup frozen corn (can use leftovers if you have some)

1 cup frozen peas (can use leftovers if you have them)

1 cup milk

1 cup cheddar cheese, grated and divided


In a skillet over medium-high heat, crumble and cook the ground beef

Season with seasoning salt

Once the ground beef is cooked, add the pasta and cheese mixture from the package to the ground beef

Add tomatoes, milk, peas and corn

Bring the mixture to a boil

Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan

Simmer for about 10 to 12 minutes, until the noodles are Al Dente

When the noodles are cooked, stir in half the grated cheese and let melt

Garnish with the remaining grated cheese

Serve and enjoy!
