Honey Butter Skillet Corn


24 ounces sweet corn, frozen

½ stick of salted butter

2 ½ tablespoons of honey

4 ounces of cream cheese

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon of salt


In a large skillet, melt the butter and honey

Add frozen corn and stir over medium high heat for 6-8 minutes

Add the cream cheese and cook an additional 4-5 minutes, to allow the cheese to melt

Season with salt and pepper, if desired

The corn will get thicker the longer it sits, if you don’t want it to be very thick, reduce the amount of cream cheese.
