Goulash

Ingredients:

– 2 pounds browned ground beef with 1/2 large onion diced

– 1/2 green bell pepper, diced

– 3 teaspoons minced garlic

– 3 tbsp. Red pepper flakes

Then add:

– 1 can drain whole kernel corn

– 2 cans of mushrooms

– 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes

– a 15 oz.can tomato sauce with 1/2 cup of water

– 1/4 c. each salt and pepper

– 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce.

Instructions:

– Simmer for about 20 – 25 minutes.

– Then add 2 cups cooked macaroni as directed. I always serve it with cornbread muffins.
