Garlic Steak Foil Packets

Ingredients

2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups cauliflower florets

12 asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch pieces

2 cups of broccoli florets

1 yellow onion, sliced

1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon rosemary

1 teaspoon basil

Salt and pepper to taste

4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

Aluminum foil for packing

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400*

Prepare all foods by cutting them into bite-sized pieces

Place the sirloin steak in a bowl and add the thyme, rosemary and basil, stir to combine

Add salt and pepper to the mixture and mix well.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet. When hot, add the meat to sear.

Remove the meat from the heat.

In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, asparagus, onion and broccoli.

Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over the vegetables.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir to combine well.

Place a large piece of aluminum foil on the counter

Place a large spoonful of vegetables in the center

Garnish the vegetables with some of the seared meat, salt and pepper to taste

Fold the horizontal sides to touch the edges, then roll once or twice,

Fold the sides to form a closed package.

Repeat these steps until you have six packs

Put in the oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes

Remove from oven, open and serve.
