Fried onions, onions and smoked glazed sausage

*ingredients

°1½ pound. From russet potatoes I cut them into half cubes.

°One pound of smoked sausage slices.

°2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Half a teaspoon of seasoned salt.

°½ teaspoon Italian seasoning.

°½ large red pepper.

°½ large green pepper.

°Small onion cut into cubes.

° Black pepper to taste, grated parmesan, for garnish.

Step 1

In a large skillet, sauté the onion in 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat until the onion is translucent.

Second, cook the onions until soft. Remove the onions from the skillet and set them aside.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil until the butter melts, then add the potatoes, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning and pepper .

Step 4

Then cover and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Fifth step

Then cook it for another 10 minutes after adding the sausage. Combine onions and peppers in a large skillet and sauté until peppers are crisp-tender.

Step 6

Finally, if you’re using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on top.
