Crockpot BBQ Beef Ribs


2 pounds Beef Short Ribs

6 ounces Tomato Paste

1 cup ketchup

1 cup water

¾ cup Brown Sugar

½ cup White Distilled Vinegar

2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

1 tbsp Salt


Place the Beef short ribs into the Crockpot with the bones down

In a bowl whisk together the salt, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, water, ketchup and tomato paste

Pour the mixture over the beef short ribs

Cook on low for 8 hours

Remove the ribs from the Crockpot and shred the meat

Return the meat to the Crockpot and the sauce

Toss or stir the meat into the sauce

Serve and enjoy!
