Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rollups

Ingredients

3 cups chicken, shredded

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

3 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated

9 cooked lasagna noodles

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350*

Place the cooked lasagna noodles on a sheet of parchment paper

In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, ⅓ cup Alfredo sauce, seasonings and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Mix, stirring well.

Spread ⅓ cup Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish

Spread some of the filling mixture on each lasagna noodle

Roll up each noodle from the short end and place seam side down in the baking dish

Top each roll with some of the remaining topping mixture and the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
