Cherry Vanilla Smoothie

Tart cherry juice is a powerful source of melatonin, which helps you drift into a restful sleep – no pills needed.


  • 3/4 cup Montmorency cherry juice (sour)
  • 1 cup vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of ice cream
  • 1 banana


In a blender, combine the cherry juice, banana, yogurt and ice. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses.
