Cheesy Hissy Fit Dip

Ingredients

1 pound ground sausage

2 tablespoons chives, freshly chopped

½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

16 ounces of sour cream

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon parsley, dried

8 ounces Velveeta, cubed

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated

½ teaspoon ground sage

Instructions

Crumble and brown the minced sausage in a skillet

Drain the excess fat from the pan

Preheat the oven to 350* and grease a 9×9 baking dish

In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, sage, parsley, and garlic powder, along with onion powder and Worcestershire sauce.

Mix until well blended

Stir in golden sausage, Monterey Jack cheese, Velveeta cubes and chives

Spread the whole mixture into the prepared baking dish and place it in the hot oven

Bake 50 to 60 minutes

Serve with crackers, chips, veggies or any of your other favorites.
