Beef Noodle Casserole


1 pound lean ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

2 tsp Olive Oil

2 tsp minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tsp Italian Seasoning

12 ounces egg noodles, cooked according to directions

1 16 ounce can of tomato sauce

2 cups shredded cheese, Cheddar is what I use

Fresh parsley as a garnish


Cook the pasta according to directions, rinse and drain

Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic in the Olive Oil.

Sprinkle with the Italian Seasoning

Mix in the tomato sauce and salt and pepper to taste

Combine the pasta with the beef mixture and stir well

Place into a greased casserole dish

Preheat the oven to 400*

Sprinkle the two cups of shredded cheese on the top

Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted completely

Sprinkle with fresh chopped Parsley when done
