Ingredients
1 ½ pounds ground beef
2 green peppers, thinly sliced
½ yellow onion thinly sliced
2 teaspoons garlic, freshly minced
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
8 slices of provolone cheese
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup heavy whipped cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350*, grease a 9×9 pan
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef
Halfway through cooking for the ground beef, add the pepper and the onion
Continue cooking until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Add seasoning salt and minced garlic
Sauté another 30 seconds to 1 minute
Drain excess fat from ground beef
Pour the minced meat into the bottom of a baking dish
Top the beef with the cheese slices
Combine heavy whipped cream, eggs and Worcestershire sauce
Pour over meat mixture in baking dish
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until cooked through
