 Baked New York Potato Strips and Loaded Shrimp

 Potato Recipe:

Jumbo Baked Potato:

Brush with olive oil, salt and pepper. Oven 450 degrees. Simmer until potatoes are tender, about 1 hour to 1:15 a.m.

Shrimp:

Tailless. Desecrated.Season with olive oil and a little Ashley’s Seafood Secret. Fry each side  over medium  heat with a little oil for 2-3 minutes until they form a nice C shape.

Vegetables: Saute

vegetables for 5-7 minutes  over medium-high heat with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder until soft.

 Cheese Sauce:

11/2 cups  cream

1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs

Heat the cream over medium heat and  add the cheese and spices when bubbles form.

Cut the middle of the potato and open it. Add butter and grated cheese and then add whatever ingredients you see fit. Enjoy!
