This Homemade Caramel Toffee Apple Cake a buckeye cake filled with bites of apple, toffee and caramel sauce and topped with sweet whipped cream is the perfect cake so far for every caramel lover , the combination of caramel and apple is just perfect !
You Will Need :
- 1 box yellow mix cake
- 1 can 21 oz Leaf Apple Pie Filling
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Quarter teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons full fat milk
- 1 8-ounce container frozen whipped cream, completely thawed
- +To decorate:
- toffee pieces with caramel sauce
Directions :
Step 01 : start by Preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 skillet with nonstick spray and set aside.
Step 2 : Then In a large bowl, apple pie filling, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, add yellow cake mix, and milk. Keep Stirring until totally combined & smooth.
Transfer the filling to the prepared pan and bake for 22-26 minutes.
Step 03 : Take it out of the oven and leave it to cool completely.
Step 04 : Once cooled, spread the whipped cream evenly over the cake and leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Step 05 : When serving ,Generously sprinkle individual pieces with the caramel sauce and a large handful of toffee pieces.
