Parmesan Pork Chops

Ingredients

2 boneless pork chops

1 egg

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350*

Brush the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish with olive oil and set aside

In a deep plate, whisk the egg

In another shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning

Dip a pork chop one by one in the beaten egg

Then arrange on the dish with the parmesan and seasoning. Coat both sides of the pork chops

Place the pork chops in the prepared baking dish

Put in the preheated oven and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.

Test the thickest part of the pork chop for doneness. The meat thermometer should read at least 145*

If necessary, return to the oven and cook for another 5 minutes.
