Magic De-Puffer Smoothie

Total time: 5 minutes Makes: 2 servings

➜ A vacation or work travel can result in eating saltier food than usual or drinking more booze than you normally do. This can leave you with puffy eyes and a general feeling of being bloated. You can look and feel better quickly with this Magic De-Puffer Smoothie. Potassium-rich bananas counteract the puffing effects of excess sodium, while coffee, a natural diuretic, helps flush fluid. Almond butter adds a dose of satiating fiber and protein to help you get back in balance.

  • 1 frozen banana
