I have been enjoying this super easy lemon Rosemary salmon for some few years now. I remember in the past, I’ve been intimidated by cooking all sorts of fish, because i thought it would be too difficult to make and takes a lot of time. All of that changed when i discovered this super easy peasy recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 sliced lemon
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 salmon fillets
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or as needed
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- Put half of the lemon slices in one layer in a baking dish, then Layer with 2 sprigs fresh rosemary and next top with salmon fillets. Sprinkle with salt, layer with the 2 remaining rosemary sprigs, and top with remaining lemon slices. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Let it bake in your preheated oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy

To make my salmon taste even more delicious, I add herbs, breadcrumbs, compound butter or yogurt.
