How To Make The Best BLT Sandwich!


  • 1 pkg bacon, cooked
  • 8 slices bread, toasted
  • 4 large roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup corn starch
  • 3 eggs, whisked together
  • 2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup freshly made Ranch dressing
  • Oil for deep frying


  1. Cook the bacon and remove from the pan placing it on a paper towel lined plate.

2. Dip the toasted bread in the bacon grease and set aside.

3. Spread the freshly made Ranch dressing one side of the bread to make the BLT sandwiches.

4. To deep fry the tomato slices, dredge each slice in the cornstarch and shake off excess.

5. Mix the bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and the cayenne pepper together until combined.

6. Dip the tomato slices in the eggs and then in the Italian seasoning mixture.

7. Fry the breaded tomato slices in about 4 inches of oil until they are golden brown.

8. Top the sandwiches with bacon, iceberg lettuce and the deep fried tomato slices.

9. Serve with your favorite side and enjoy.
