Healthy High C Smoothie

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 cup chopped kale leaves, stems and ribs removed and discarded
  • 2 large kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup cilantro sprigs
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

Directions:

In a blender, combine kale, kiwi fruit, orange juice, cilantro, celery and ice. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses.
