➜ Sweet, juicy and fun to eat, grapes also offer many health benefits. Human studies show that eating a variety of grapes can help keep your heart healthy by relaxing blood vessels, which maintains optimal blood flow and function.

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 medium Kirby cucumber, peeled and cut into
  • 1 inch rounds
  • 1 cup green seedless grapes (preferably frozen)
  • 2 medium celery stalks, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Directions:

In a blender, combine almond milk, cucumber, raisins, celery, and honey and blend until smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses.
