Ingredients :
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions :
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- Stir together in a small to medium bowl, your baking soda and baking powder, flour. And set aside.
- Now using a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until smooth. mix egg and vanilla. Gently blend in the dry ingredients. Roll rounded full teaspoon of dough into balls, and place them into ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 minutes in your preheated oven, until turning golden. Let stand on a cookie sheet for three minutes before removing to cool.
