Ingredients:
900 g diced ham
1/2 cup 120 ml mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the diced ham until finely chopped.
In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and hot sauce.
Add the chopped ham to the bowl and stir to combine.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Enjoy!
Notes:
This recipe is perfect for using up leftover ham, but you can also use deli ham or ham steak.
If you prefer a chunkier texture, chop the ham by hand instead of using a food processor.
For a tangier flavor, you can add more apple cider vinegar or hot sauce.
Serve the ham salad on bread, crackers, or lettuce leaves for a delicious sandwich or salad.
