Ingredients:
900g diced ham
1/2 cup 120 ml mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the diced ham until finely chopped.
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar and hot sauce.
Add the chopped ham to the bowl and stir to combine.
Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
Chill the salad in the fridge until ready to serve.
Enjoy!
Remarks:
This recipe is perfect for using up leftover ham, but you can also use deli ham or ham steak.
If you prefer a thicker texture, chop the ham by hand instead of using a food processor.
For a spicier flavor, you can add more apple cider vinegar or hot sauce.
Serve the ham salad on bread, crackers or lettuce leaves for a delicious sandwich or salad.
