Ingredients:
° 4 Salmon slices, skinless
1 lb (454g) asparagus tips
° 1/3 cup (75g) melted butter
° 1/3 cup (125 ml) lemon juice
° 4 garlic lobes, chopped
° 2 teaspoons (10 ml) fresh parsley, chopped
° Salt and pepper
° 2/3 cup (65g) fresh Parmesan cheese grated
° Parsley and lemon pegs for decorating
Preparation:
Preheat oven 400 ° F (200 ° C).
Place salmon slices in the center of 12 “x18” sheet (30 × 45 cm) of aluminum foil, each. Divide asparagus into four equal parts and place them around salmon.
In a bowl, mix the butter, lemon juice, garlic and parsley. Pour over salmon and asparagus, season with salt and pepper to taste and cover 2 to 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
Close the aluminum paper and close the sides tightly in the foil.
