Ingredients:
1. 9 cups Chex Cereal 
2. 1 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips 
3. 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter 
4. 4 teaspoons Lemon Zest 
5. 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice 
6. 2 cups Powdered Sugar 
Instructions:
**Step 1:** Melt white chocolate chips and butter in a bowl. **Step 2:** Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice until smooth. **Step 3:** Pour over Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. **Step 4:** Gently toss until cereal is evenly coated. **Step 5:** Transfer coated cereal to a large plastic bag. **Step 6:** Add powdered sugar to the bag and shake until well coated. **Step 7:** Spread the mixture on a baking sheet to set. **Step 8:** Let it cool completely before serving.
