Ingredients
3-4 pound chuck roast
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 package Italian dressing mix
1 cup of water
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Instructions
Season the roast with salt and pepper if desired
Place the roast in the slow cooker
In a small bowl, combine the three packets of mix
Add 1 cup of water to the mixtures in the bowl and whisk together
Pour over the top of the roast
Cover the slow cooker, set the temperature to high and cook the roast for 4 hours
OPTIONAL:
This roast can also include potatoes, carrots and onions
Continue to baste the roast with seasoning throughout cooking
