You can even step up your game by adding in mashrooms, bacon, spinach, anything to this Alfredo sauce and it will be like you can get at any restaurant.

Best Homemade Alfredo Sauce is rich, creamy, parmesan flavor! This sauce is super easy to make and will be perfect with your favorite pasta. Nothing beats Alfredo sauce with a large bowl of pasta.

Ingredients :

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

Directions :

  • In a medium to small saucepan melt your ¼ cup of butter, over medium-low heat.
  • Then add cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Next add garlic and cheese and whisk continuously for 2 minutes, heating through. Stir in parsley and serve.

Tips and tricks:

The original Alfredo sauce style is perfect, but i like to add garlic, salt, or Italian seasonings to make it taste even better.

Milk can be used in place of heavy cream, a slighter combination of the original that doesn’t have all the calories.

Make sure to use quality ingredients and continuously whisking, in order to get a creamy sauce.
