2 pounds of frozen hashbrowns in Southern style.

2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup of frozen peas and carrots.

2 tablespoons of sour cream

1/2 cup of canned corn with the liquid removed

3 cups of chicken, shredded.

1/3 cup of milk

2 cups of bread crumbs

Add salt and pepper according to your preference.

How to Prepare a Chicken and Hashbrown Casserole

Heat the oven to 400 degrees.

Put the hashbrowns at the bottom of a baking dish that measures 9 by 13 inches.

Combine all the rest of the ingredients, except for the bread crumbs, in a big bowl until they are mixed well.

Put the mixture on top of the hashbrowns.

Put the bread crumbs on top of the casserole and bake it for 1 hour.
